LNK304PN Lowest Component Count, Energy-Efficient Off-Line Switcher IC

آی سی LNK304 از سری آی سی های تغذیه سوئیچینگ LinkSwitch-TN با راندمان بالا می باشد که در درایورهای LED و مدار کنترل های صنعتی و … کاربرد دارد. این آی سی ها به طور خاص برای جایگزینی تمام منابع تغذیه غیر ایزوله خطی و خازن تغذیه (cap dropper) طراحی شده اند این آی سی امکان ساخت تغذیه های سوئیچینگ (Off-line (AC to DC با کمترین میزان استفاده از قطعات خارجی فراهم می کند. از ویژگی های این آی سی، مدار یکپارچه ریستارت اتوماتیک به هنگام اتصال کوتاه و یا شرایط خطا برای محافظت از آی سی، محافظت حرارتی به هنگام افزایش دما و… می باشد. حداکثر ولتاژ درین ماسفت آی سی LNK304PN تا 700 ولت با پیک جریان 400mA است همچنین فرکانس سوئیچ این آی سی 66KHz با دیوتی سایکل 69% می باشد.
