Current Mode Control PWM Regulator IC For Switching Power Supplies

آی سی A6052 یا STRA6052 از سری آی سی های A6000 می باشد که در تغذیه های سوئیچینگ کاربرد دارد. این آی سی های قدرت با مد کنترل جریانی PWM کار می کنند. فرکانس سوئیچ این آی سی 67KHz است و حداکثر جریان درین ماسفت این آی سی 3A می باشد. از ویژگی های این آی سی مدار محافظت در برابر جریان بیش از حد محافظت در برابر اضافه بار و محافظت در برابر ولتاژ بیش از حد، حفاظت گرمایی و… می باشد.

• Small DIP8 package with 8 to 24 W power output 230 VAC
• Current Mode PWM control with 67 kHz switching frequency
• Built-in Random Switching function, reducing EMI noise, and simplifying EMI filters, and therefore reducing cost
