آی سی TOP245PN از خانواده TOPSwitch-GX و از آی سی های سوئیچینگ با توان 30w که برای طراحی های مقرون به صرفه با کارایی بالا طراحی شده است. حداکثر ولتاژ درین ماسفت آی سی 700 ولت با پیک جریان 2.88A است. فرکانس سوئیچ این آی سی 132KHz , 66KHz می باشد.
